LTI, Inc. is seeking a Shuttle Operator to drive our crews from Lynden to Anacortes and back on an as-needed basis. The ideal candidate(s) will have a very flexible schedule in early mornings and evenings, and must be willing to work on an on-call basis. Though the schedule is subject to change, LTI envisions the typical shift for this position as follows:
Mornings: Pick up drivers at 6:30 am, drive them to Anacortes and drop them off, return to Lynden at approximately 9:00 am to 9:30 am.
Afternoons: Leave Lynden at approximately 4:00 pm, pick up drivers in Anacortes, return to Lynden by approximately 6:30 pm to 7:00 pm.
Evenings: Leave Lynden at approximately 9:00 pm, pick up drivers in Anacortes, return to Lynden by approximately 11:30 pm.
This position does NOT require a CDL. The rate of pay is to be determined. Due to varying shipping schedules the applicants schedule may vary from a few days per month to several days per week. Again, the schedule is subject to change, and there will be times when the shifts may vary significantly. Other shuttle opportunities may arise. This position may be ideal for a recent Lynden-area retiree looking to supplement their income. Applicant must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
