THE ROLE

Our Bilingual Staff Editor will be an essential part of the Service Delivery & Standards team and is responsible for definingand monitoring adherence toquality standards across all Talent Inc. brands and services while working with our German partners. You'll act as a liaison and mentor for our German-language writers, review and audit their work, coordinate with job seekers to resolve editorial concerns, and constantly find new ways to streamline on-boarding process of new writers.

This role will be based in one of three states (New York, Washington, or California) and will collaborate with team members in New York City and on the West Coast. This provides the benefit of having access to a team environment and the autonomy of working from your home office.

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

Native or equivalent fluency in German (speaking, reading, writing and comprehension).

Based in the state of New York, Washington, or California, and available for occasional travel to NYC Headquarters and Bellingham, WA office for training and meetings.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.

Provide excellent service to Talent Inc. customers.

Ensure client satisfaction by practicing, following, and implementing Talent's service standards.

Assist customers with inquiries, providing accurate & timely responses.

Keen attention to detail and strong editorial skills.

Must be a self-starter requiring little supervision, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.

Bachelor's degree in German studies/Germanistik or another writing intensive field (history, anthropology, etc.) strongly preferred.

You're authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.
