Conduct analytical methods to support analysis, monitoring and characterization of samples used in developing and scaling  processes for biological therapeutic treatmentsPerform quantification and characterization methods including UPLC/HPLC, iCE, CE, and N-glycan analyses to be applied against proteins, antibodies, peptides, and conjugatesPrepare buffers and solutions, maintain laboratory space and equipment, and support routine lab operations as required.Maintain written records (electronic lab notebooks and databases) of all experimental work in accordance with Good Documentation PracticesAnalyze, summarize, and present experimental data and maintain accurate records in client-provided electronic lab notebooks (ELNs).Collaborate effectively with team members and cross-functional partners, proactively communicating issue, discussing prioritization, and seeking guidance when needed.Stay flexible and open to learning new techniques and technologies as project needs evolve.
