The Opportunity: As a Business Process Specialist, you will support our initiative to automate high-volume, repetitive tasks that previously required humans to perform. You will collaborate with teams across the firm to outline current process flows and transform them into functional and technical requirements. By outlining the technical requirements for the development team, you will enable them to create software with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning capabilities. These efforts will contribute to our Automation Program, which will streamline processes, save thousands of work hours per year, and cut unnecessary costs. You will report to the Business Automation Team Lead. The Day-to-Day:- Collaborate with departments across the firm to identify opportunities for RPA
- Develop functional and technical requirements for RPA solutions to automate repetitive, time-consuming business tasks
- Partner with product managers and subject matter experts
- Engage in the Agile SDLC process
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology
- 1+ years of experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using UIPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere
- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager in the technology field, and an understanding of the SDLC
- 1+ years of experience utilizing Microsoft Excel and Access
- Experience working in the Agile framework
