Overview: The HRIS Business Analyst is an essential position where you will support our core HR activities through effective assessment and project management application. You will support our HRIS roadmap for change, process improvement and efficiencies for all prioritized projects. As we look to grow our business, you will help scale our current systems and processes to support the business and work with our internal stakeholder network. You will report directly to the Technology Systems Manager within Human Capital.
The Day-to-Day:- Develop and document processes and procedures to support team department activities and supporting similar developments as applicable
- Manage all phases of individual projects to ensure they are completed by their deadlines
- Use project management skills, and technical knowledge, to assess and resolve project-related obstacles
- Assess incoming projects' requirements from a business and systems standpoint and provide recommendations for improvement
- Coordinate reporting for daily operations and projects to support management
- Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends, problems, and propose solutions
- Provide a high level of communication support to all internal stakeholders and elevate issues proactively
- Support HRIS team in reviewing and testing new product features of existing technology to ensure quality assurance standards
- Degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Information Systems or other relevant field; or equivalent combination of education/experience
- 3+ years of applicable Business Analysis experience
- Experience with project teams on technical projects of varying size and complexity
- Experience working collaboratively with multiple partners, fielding multiple requests for prioritization
