Overview: The Project Delivery and Innovation team is part of the ETO (Enterprise Transformation Office) and focused on providing and improving a project delivery environment that enables efficient delivery of programs that create and mature business and ensuring technology capabilities with our firm vision. As a Business Analyst (Project Delivery & Innovation Team), you will be central to the success of managing our portfolio of strategic and technology programs.

The Opportunity:

The Business Analyst (Project Delivery & Innovation Team) helps evolve project governance and improves project portfolio procedures, supporting the realization of program value to help us reach our firm goals and achieve the firm vision.

You will coordinate with the team and leadership to identify opportunities to evolve our project portfolio management (PPM) capabilities. You will report to the Project Portfolio Program Manager. This is a unique opportunity since it's not just supporting and evolving practices, but being at the forefront of transforming our approach to these activities.

The Day-to-Day:
  • Promote consistency, structure and transparency across the portfolio of projects
  • Guide high standard of data quality and support report improvements for Transformation and Technology projects
  • Leverage available data and recommend new data elements to understand project trends and guide program success
  • Support efficient intake and project stage gate process by partnering with business leads, managers, project managers and Technology teams
  • Support preparation and facilitate portfolio reviews with Technology and Information Security managers
  • Provide project portfolio management (PPM) tool configuration and administration to meet evolving business need
  • Provide project stage gate and tool training to new managers and project managers
  • Coordinate and improve Project Delivery communications across partners
  • Build Project Delivery communication and training plan
  • Elicit cooperation from and guide result with several resources, including management, internal clients and other departments

Your Responsibilities:
  • 3+ Project management and data analysis experience
  • Experience with project and work management tools, specifically Clarity PPM and Jira
  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Focus on promoting and managing change
  • Manage priorities, demands and timelines
  • U.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hire
