This position is located in Everett and Renton, Washington.This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.Position Responsibilities:Primary responsibility as a Propulsion Technical Analyst will be to develop and project manage original Certification Plans and revise existing Certification plans.

Develops engineering data products and ensures acquisition and processing of data for analysis and publication.

Selects, uses and maintains Propulsion analytical tools. Organizes group activities and reviews work of others.

Works under general direction. Work with engineering to develop and maintain certification plans. Work with outside teams to schedule and prioritizes compliance data required for ACE.

Analyzes cert schedule data and provide status summary reports to program management.

Performs propulsion and fuel system analyses to support design, specification compliance, validation/certification, product support, sales and product development.

Verifies propulsion and fuel system data conformance to specifications and requirements.

Selects, uses and maintains propulsion analytical tools.

Documents propulsion and fuel system analyses and processes.

Reviews reports and documentation for delivery to customers.

Assists in instructing other analysts in processes and procedures for data management.

Works under general supervision.

This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Associate degree or equivalent experience.

Experience in Project Management.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Experience in Microsoft Word software suite.

Communication Skills, Technical writing and Lean experience.

Experience working with others as a team, Detail oriented, Management of Data, Building Positive Relationships, Initiating Action, Planning and Organization.

Ability to solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity by following established practices and procedures.

Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
