Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in Everett, Washington. The selected candidate will be part of a dynamic team, handling various financial transactions, records, and statements. Responsibilities: Accurately process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Efficiently manage Payroll operations Utilize QuickBooks Pro for financial management tasks Reconcile Bank Statements to ensure accurate financial reporting Monitor and maintain detailed and organized financial records. Requirements Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) management, ensuring all financial obligations are accurately tracked and paid in a timely manner. Expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR), including invoicing, cash receipts, and collection processes. Experience in managing Payroll, including the processing of employee salaries, benefits, and tax deductions. Proficiency in using QuickBooks Pro for managing financial transactions, generating reports, and ensuring data accuracy. Ability to reconcile bank statements, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded and discrepancies are promptly resolved.
