Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA ) is looking for an Experienced Procurement Agent (Level 3) to join the Detailed Parts and Assembly team in Everett, WA .In this role, you will lead a diverse group of suppliers with a focus on driving stability and safety within the Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) supply chain.Position Responsibilities:Communicate supplier in service performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and supervise supplier performance.

Conduct risk, issues and opportunities management.

Manage supplier readiness for entry into service.

Manage repair turnaround time and spares, works with supplier on corrective action plans where needed.

Initiate and implement supplier recovery and improvement activities.

Integrate with production procurement team to ensure in service issues are considered for contracting strategies and leverage.

Develop and complete project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals.

Contribute to the improvement of existing processes, including the deployment of strategic supplier management and procurement strategies.

Perform continuous review and analysis of demand and supply.

Prepare and complete proprietary information agreements.

Communicate performance expectations and metrics to evaluate and monitor supplier performance.

This position is a hybrid position that allows some telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite in Everett, WA.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):3+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management.

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Must be willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 10% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):Bachelor's Degree or higher

3+ years of experience with Project Management

Typical Education/Experience:Typically, 6 or more years' related work experience or military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
