Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for an Experienced Tooling Training Center Analyst to join the Tooling Center of Excellence team based out of Everett, WA .This opening is for an individual who can help analyze and implement best practices for our Tool Construction training program in Everett, WA. Ideal candidates have knowledge and experience in tooling process standards and understanding of lean principles.Position Responsibilities:
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria. Analyzes and interprets data.
Provides feedback on assessment results.
Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans and metrics to accomplish company initiatives using Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes.
Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans.
Works under general direction.
May be required to work variable shifts.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience do you have in Fabrication tooling
3+ years of experience working in manufacturing environment
3+ years of experience do you have in tool design, tool construction, and/or tooling value stream
Ability to work variable shifts, including nights
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Experience with Agile or LEAN methodologies
3+ years’ experience with the Boeing Production System
Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
