Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is currently seeking a Senior Lean Practitioner (Level 4) to support the Boeing Commercial Airplane's Operational Excellence team in Everett, Washington.The successful candidate must be able to assist with high-leverage programs in achieving their business goals by implementing production system standards, business improvement processes, and best practices. This position involves leading and supporting the coordination and integration of multi-disciplined product teams for planning, complex problem-solving, decision-making, and risk management to assure technical, quality, cost, and schedule performance meet current and future program requirements. The candidate's focus will primarily be Everett, Washington, but they may also be required to assist in other regional areas as needed.Position Responsibilities:Guides the practical application and integration of Boeing Production System implementation across B.C.A. Works with all levels of the organization to identify risks, assist and develop integrated deployment strategies that improve the production system, and assist with the implementation of these targets. Instructs and coaches others in continuous improvement tools and principles. Develops and updates instructional materials. Mentors future instructors and less experienced practitioners. Leads and facilitates complex and highly visible process improvement efforts. Creates enhancements to existing improvement tools. Supports the development and deployment of new tools. Participates in or leads evaluation and assessment activities. Works with internal or external customers.This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.Employer will not sponsor applicants for employment visa status.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):Minimum of 5 years’ experience with applying Lean principles, processes, and tools

Minimum of 5 years’ experience teaching and coaching continuous improvement tools and principles

Proven proficiency in product and process improvement methodologies such as 5S, V.S.M., A.I.W., 3P, TPM, M&I, Theory of Constraints

Minimum of 5 years’ experience of working with cross-functional teams

Minimum of 5 years experience of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):3+ years’ experience in Aerospace, Fabrication, or Manufacturing

Ability to support, lead, and delegate the project team's responsibilities and tasks through all stages of the project life cycle

Advanced, expert knowledge of product and process improvement methodologies.

Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelors) and typically ten or more years' related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Masters ten years' related work experience, fourteen years related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
