Find your future with us.The Boeing Company is seeking a Senior Project Management Specialist (Level 4) to join the Electrical Tech Center Functional Integration team in assisting business partners and teammates across the enterprise. This position is located in Everett, WA . You will work in providing high impact, creative solutions to complex problems. You will work both independently and as part of a team environment.In this role, you will assist in leading functional projects that impact the production engineering environment, programs and business units. You will get exposure working with cross-functional teams like IT, Software Engineering and Production. You will work with leadership to define requirements, build out charters and drive projects from start to finish.This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at the above listed location.This is not a union represented position.Position Responsibilities:Lead 3DPI and BWS (Boeing Wiring System) implementation on multi-program and lead the creation of an Electrical Advanced Visualization Roadmap. This requires coordination with Engineering, IT, Business Capabilities & Program Management to ensure project deliverables are agreed on & met for smooth implementation. Integration of electrical use cases need to be integrated with the 2CES team and process improvements/risks need to be communicated and elevated as needed.

NWS (New Wiring System) Project manager responsibilities for the NWS Connectivity project. This activities includes: Oversight for multiple project work packages, keeping team on track for key milestones, management reporting and developing visibility tools.

Work to complete team's milestones according to our approved & committed schedule as possible.

Create/follow a recovery plan, where needed, and communicate if the team falls behind schedule.

Make certain a quality product is produced by ensuring requirements are met by the tool functionality released.

This responsibility covers the Change visibility, Change management, Core, UI, Common Services and Data Modeling elements of System Connectivity.

Lead project manager for Tech Center led projects like CADDStation Replacement and process initiatives that impact electrical processes and tools and are deployed across multimodel & crossfunctional teams.

Manage program finance for Electrical Tech Center.

Ensures assigned individuals are executing the identified and assigned tasks and providing appropriate tracking and reporting per plan.

Provides in-depth analysis of project culminating with lessons learned and historical reports for incorporation into future project plans.

Provides assessment of team performance to appropriate management.

Work Authorization:This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience) :5+ years of experience in project management, program planning, business operations or industrial engineering, Business Operations and/or related discipline.

3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership.

Experience in advising and influencing managers or non-managers to meet schedules or resolve technical or operational problems.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience) :Bachelor's degree from an accredited course of study, in business or project management.

Effectively communicate with technical and non-technical personnel at all organization levels.

Demonstrated leadership for driving issue resolution and mitigating technical risk.

Typical Education/Experience:Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
