Job Title: Title Resolution SpecialistJob DescriptionIn this role, you will perform document management within customer timelines and provide clerical support to title specialists. Accurate and timely handling and scanning of incoming and outgoing mail, filing, data entry, and transmittal creation are critical duties to support title center metrics and success.Responsibilities

Provide a variety of support services in a title center office environment.

Process orders and assignments, including logging and tracking of mail.

Open incoming mail and prepare packages.

Send keys and documents to branches and providers, document file notes, and create transmittals.

Scan and enter documents and data into the computer system on the same day received.

File and pull documents in correct numerical order.

Set up new records and maintain existing records by comparing data points.

Communicate through email and system notes.

Follow well-established procedures under the close direction of the supervisor.

Be open to learning automobile titling.

Assist with other office functions as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

0-2 years of related work experience.

HS Diploma or equivalent experience.

Experience with insurance, title processing, registration services, and administrative support.

Experience in high volume environments, title processing, salvage title, DMV, auto insurance, and auto auctions.

Proven experience working in a fast-paced/deadline environment performing monotonous work.

Work EnvironmentOffice environment. Quiet office with very little foot traffic and not much phone work required. This is a very clerical job with lots of documentation and processing. Ideal for someone who is comfortable working at their desk without much interpersonal interaction. The schedule for the service center is 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM, with new employees typically starting on an 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM schedule or 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
