Data Coordinator

6+ month contract position located in Issaquah WA. Onsite position handling/coordinating data for

Responsible for handling data and information for various departments and groups. Manage data in reports and systems. Experienced at managing information and data. Sequencing, tracking, processing, downloading, uploading, reviewing, validating and troubleshooting. 2+ years of experience, degree preferred. No C2C. Must be eligible to work in US without sponsorship.

3 Key Areas of work for this position:

Invoice management, VPC management, & E-content/site info. Plus natural flow to work that happens a lot for us as very dynamic business (noted as other below)

Invoice Management: Trade Spend Invoices-Manage the receipt, review, confirmation, processing, downloading, and uploading of invoices into CAS; Invoice Management/Filing-Organizing, sequencing, and tracking all invoices on hard drives and SharePoint for tracking/audits; Deduction Management-Review Deductions in CAS, validate, advise AE, dispute in VC, and drive to closure.

VPC Management: VPC Uploads & Budget - Power- Upload VPC campaigns, review, track budgets, advise AE/GA; VPC Uploads & Budget - CWS-Upload VPC campaigns, review, track budgets, advise AE/GA; VPC Uploads & Budget - Paste Upload VPC campaigns, review, track budgets, advise AE/GA.

E-Content Updates: E-Content Receipt-Working directly with marketing specialist/brand teams to secure E-content on time and complete; E-Content Upload-Working directly with VC and RBS to ensure content is loaded, accurate, and fixing issues.

Meetings: General meetings/education/training to enable skills (tech/searching, etc).

Other Flow to work projects and priorities (especially seasonal, such as Holiday surge help/coverage)
