Title: Test Coordinator/Test Lead Location: Issaquah, WA (Remote work allowed till pandemic, consultant should be ready to relocate post Covid) Position Type: 6-12 Months Contract Job Description: Client is looking for a dedicated and experienced Quality Assurance Consultant to join its Global QA team. This position requires both a solid understanding of and the ability to follow Quality Assurance best practices yet know when flexibility within those guidelines is acceptable and needed. This position must have solid technical skills which will used to not only find but troubleshoot and research problems and issues whenever identified. This individual must have strong communication skill demonstrating their ability to collaborate with QA individuals, Business Stakeholders, Engineers, Projects Managers and various level management. They must be proficient in time management, demonstrate a strong sense of urgency along with an ability to work under pressure while still delivering on schedule. Mist have experience and be able to work effectively on multiple projects at one time-prioritizing their daily work to meet the needs of the project, team and manager. Responsibilities:
- SAP Hybris
- Order Management System & Warehouse management experience is mandatory.
- Participate in requirement and user story review, ensuring the appropriate acceptance criteria are included and approved globally.
- Crated and gains project approval on project test plans.
- Creates and oversees the creation and approval of project test cases and QA related documentation.
- Effectively executes tests and records results working with others to identify and resolve defects.
- Helps to monitor and developer skills in others.
- Assists with automating and executes automated test cases.
- Oversees or generates all QA related documentation.
- Ensure adherence to standardized QA policies, processes and documentation standards.
- Executes test cases, defect management and adherence to test schedule.
- Will be coordinating test team activities for inhouse, onshore and offshore testing.
- Attends and facilitates daily standup meetings and provides status updates.
- Provides weekly QA project status reports.
- Attends all sprint completion meetings and demo to stakeholders.
