- 6+ years Hands-on developement experience in WCS 8.x, WCS 7.x, versions
- Experience in end to end project implementation of functional projects in WebSphere commerce.
- Knowledge and experience with Design, Development, deployment and release processes for WCS.
- Knowledge in working with offshore project development team in coding/review for the WCS customization code.
- Strong understanding of WebSphere commerce application architecture and able to provide the right design decisions.
- Experience in working in onshore/offshore model
- Strong Design and implementation experience in WebSphere Commerce v8.x
- Ability to create blueprint designs landscape for complex e-Commerce ecosystems.
- Experience in Integrating, designing and developing custom solutions within WebSphere Commerce.
- Hands-on experience with utilizing various subsystems of WebSphere Commerce Server (Catalog, Order, Member, Payment)
- Experience in working on different Business models of commerce (B2B, B2C).
- End-to-end experience in software development life cycle and familiar with agile methodologies. Knowledge in SAFe will be added advantage.
- Knowledge in ReactJS will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in Spring Batch will be an added advantage.
