SummaryThis position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The NT-05 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to the GS-13 and GS-14. You will serve as a Supervisory Logistics Management Specialist in the Property Management Division, Purchase Requisition Branch of Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Keyport Division (NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA).ResponsibilitiesYou will serve as the Purchase Requisition Branch Head and will be accountable for the proper execution of all Purchase Requests (PRs).You will ensure that Operating Materials and Supplies (OM and S), Assets, and all other material and service-related requirements are procured using Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) business rules, regulations, policies and procedures.You will work directly with the Supply Support Lead, the Asset/Plant Property Management Lead, and department (OM and S) Leads to ensure proper material and financial inventory accountability is attained through the procurement process.You will monitor, review material (PRs) are compliant with all regulations and requirements and provide feedback concerning the performance of all (PR) creators.You will generate metrics and reports for command leadership to ensure proper execution of Operating Materials and Supplies (OM and S) purchases are correctly prepared and procured, properly posting through the obligation phase.You will execute system-level troubleshooting to make recommendations to the NAVSEA ERP Business Office (NEBO) concerning issues with Navy ERP.RequirementsConditions of EmploymentQualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing administrative oversight or leadership in the planning and management of Life-Cycle Logistics operations for an organization or program.
