Location: Kirkland, WA Description: Our client is currently seeking a Application Engineer II
Overall Responsibilities:- Perform manual software release processes including pre- and post-release validation.
- Contribute to larger team effort of building software to automate release process and validation checks.
- Validate new versions of software services owned by the team
- Start and monitor software release process
- Intervene in release process if problems are detected
- 2-5 years' experience with Bash and either Go or Python.
- Proven technical troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Experience in a high-volume or critical production service environment.
- Analytical abilities, coupled with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and drive.
- Fluent written communication and unusual verbal agility are strong assets.
