Job Description
What you get to do in this role:- Create software within the ServiceNow platform to manage cloud capacity data, create reports, and drive automations.
- Design and engineer workflows, custom user interfaces, and tools to improve operational efficiency and better serve ServiceNow's customers.
- Enhance processes and tools necessary to simplify and provide consistent project execution.
- Develop new solutions to complex problems at a large scale.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:- Background in software development/software engineering - JavaScript and python are preferred.
- Experience in designing and implementing user interfaces - React is preferred.
- Basic understanding of CMDB concept (logical representation of the farm).
- Basic understanding of Agile development methodology.
- Team collaboration and fit is essential.
- Ability to work remotely, be self-tasked and project/deliverable-oriented.
- Ability to design solutions to observed problems and feature requests (we want engineers, not programmers).
- Ability to document code and designs, and obtain design review board approval based on your documentation.
