Vine Tech Equipment is looking for a highly motivated individual to take on the roll as our service manager. The service manager will be responsible for coordinating, scheduling, and managing the service technicians times. The service manager will also be responsible for keeping on top of work orders. Keeping in communication with customers regarding quotes, job status, and scheduling will be imperative in being a successful service manager.
Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
Compose weekly schedules for a crew of 10
Communicate deadlines and expectations to technicians
Keep in frequent contact with customers regarding the status of their equipment
Make work orders/ Close work orders
Communicate with sales and parts on upcoming builds and projects
Keeping a close eye on technicians hours and efficiencies
Sending technicians on service calls
Taking disciplinary action when needed (exp. Write ups for tardiness)
Review warranties
Job Requirements
Previous experience in management is preferred
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent computer skills
Technical knowledge
Excellent in time management, problem solving and organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S without company sponsorship.
