We currently have an opening for an experienced line cook. Must have open availability and be a team player.
Qualifications for and functions of this position:
Must have basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills, and have previous prep or line cook experience. Functions include setting up stations, prep food, follow recipes, restock items as needed, maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, understand and maintain proper use of kitchen equipment, and perform additional tasks as requested.
