Cameo Heights Mansion, a boutique hotel, bed and breakfast, restaurant (The Vine @ Cameo Heights Mansion) seeking a talented and creative chef to add to our restaurant staff for our award dining. We are looking for someone with a passion for creative cooking, possessing initiative and self-motivation, reliable, and eager to create delicious breakfasts and unusual and spectacular pastry desserts. He/She would accept responsibility for the following roles:
1). Breakfast Chef: Menu creating, preparation, service and cleanup 5 mornings each week for in-house guests (up to 14) plus occasional outside diners by reservation. Three creative menu choices each day. Day starts at 7 AM and usually completed by 12 PM, Wednesday thru Sunday.
2). Pastry Chef: Creating 5 star "wow" desserts for the evening dining. Three creative, different dessert menu choices each evening. Additional 10-12 hours per week.
3). Evening Dining Chef: Main chef one evening a week during high season (Monday) May-October. Menu developed in concert with Executive Chef.
4). Evening Dining Chef: During executive chef's two weeks vacation in low season (November -April) Tuesday thru Friday.
