Experience Organics in Benton City WA is now hiring additional labor to help our processing and production teams. We are a licensed I-502 facility and have cutting edge indoor facilities. This is a part-time position right now with potential to become full-time. We are looking for 2-4 candidates.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
Processing:
-Hand trimming cannabis
-Hanging harvests
-Preparing and producing pre-rolls
-Preparing jars for orders
-Scaling
Production:
-Watering plants
-Cleaning, washing pots, etc.
The work is manual labor and you must be able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly all day if needed, as well as be on your feet all day, every day. The grow rooms are hot and humid, that must be taken into consideration as well. Must be able to work weekends and holidays if needed.
Our shifts for growers and processors is 8 am- 4:30 pm.
All applicants must possess basic math skills and computer skills, be self-starters and hard workers. Please have your own reliable transportation. You must be 21 years old or older to work at Experience Organics.
Our current team works hard and only people with the same want and drive to improve themselves in our company will fit.
At least one year of trimming/processing cannabis experience is required.
