Must be reliable and have its own tools for work (such as brush/roller, caulking gun etc)
experience required:
create a daily plan, and be productive.
must know how to power wash
must know how to prep (caulking, masking, cover floors)
must know how to cut and roll with a brush and roller.
must know how to spray.
Must be respectful towards clients and their property and to ourselves.
