Truss Production Supervisor

The Truss Company is a leading manufacturer of roof trusses in Washington, Oregon and California. We are seeking an experienced Truss Production Supervisor for our Pasco, WA facility. This individual will fill key position ensuring daily production goals are being met while maintaining safety and meeting the companys high quality standards. Signing bonus possible.

The ideal Production Supervisor will be responsible for:

Supervise 30+ employees

Plan and coordinate work flow to meet daily production goals

Will ensure trusses are being built to companys high quality standards

Assist with training new employees and coach existing employees

Responsible for plant safety, and ensuring employees are following safety guidelines

Promote a team environment

Look for and suggest cost-savings ideas

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Ensure the security of the facility during designated swing shift hours

Other duties assigned by manager

Qualified candidate will have 2-3 years supervisory experience in a truss-manufacturing environment. Must be able to multi task and set priorities for their shift, strong communication skills; verbal and written and work effectively with others. Working knowledge of MS Office is required.
