Warranty Administrator

McCurley Integrity Dealerships is seeking a motivated individual to fill a full-time Warranty Administrator position at our Toyota Store in Walla Walla.
Job Duties include, but not limited to:
Submit claims to manufacturers and extended warranty companies for warranty, maintenance, and/or recall claim reimbursements.
Book and close service repair orders.
Maintain and reconcile manufacturer and extended warranty receivable accounts.
Research discrepancies on manufacturer and extended warranty payments.
Assist the Service Manager prepare semi-monthly technician payroll.
Balance and prepare daily deposits, cashiering as needed.
Assist in the research and collection of outstanding customer receivables.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
1+ years of accounting education or equivalent experience preferred.
Excellent computer skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Ability to function under pressure, involving activities that are time-sensitive in nature.
Knowledge and experience in the automotive industry is an added plus.
