Accepting bids for a Complete Remodel of my home it will also include landscaping. "only licensed and insured need apply" professional bids would need to be provided along with references and work history General Contractor will be responsible for the whole project; you will orchestrate the work and other contractors/sub-contractors. I will require a bottom line figure for the entire project.
This will be a very large job I want profession bids that say you can get the job done and within a specific time frame.
