Job Summary –

The mission for the Sales Operations organization is to provide support services for the National Sales team via billing, project and vendor management. Develop workflow continuity with our boundary partners to establish efficiencies by improving communication to minimize duplication. Cross-training is a departmental priority. This enables expeditious resolutions and eliminates personnel dependencies.

This Bothell, WA position offers the opportunity to contribute to multiple areas within Sales Operations.

Duties and Responsibilities –

The primary position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Manage and develop a high performing team.

Develop and formalize USAC/CTF/GSA planning, forecasting, and reporting.

Perform value-added analyses and reporting to support the National Sales processes.

Develop and maintain financial reporting of completed and scheduled orders for revenue projection purposes.

Develop and enhance KPI models and planning processes to drive effective data analytics.

Prepare and present monthly/quarterly/annual financial results.

Identify risks and opportunities by working in partnership with boundary partners.

Other duties as assigned.

Our ideal candidate will possess:

Highly organized, detail oriented, able to work independently and with a team under pressure and with tight timelines.

Federal government experience with USAC, GSA and CTF programs preferred.

Previous experience in leadership and people management essential.

Self-starter who takes initiative and has a natural desire to problem solve and ask questions.

Excellent communication and project management skills required.

Ability to establish strong interdepartmental and external working relationships.

Outstanding skills in establishing business strategy and strong track record of delivering with excellence.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to effectively communicate via video conference, chat, phone and email.

Strong computer skills / data mining skills, detailed oriented, with high level of accuracy.

Should be able to develop and deliver presentations.

Presents thoughts, ideas, and facts clearly and effectively to senior leadership team.

Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Finance or related discipline.

Requirements/Qualifications –

Education: Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Finance or related discipline.

Experience: 5+ Years

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Federal government experience with USAC, GSA and CTF programs preferred.
