Combination Store Customer Service Representative

Job Description

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill ourCombination Store Customer Service Representative position with an emphasis on the industrial side of the business. TheCombination Store Customer Service Representativeis responsible for serving walk-in customers and phone-in customers. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet customers in a professional and enthusiastic way
• Answer telephone calls promptly
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of products, placement, availability, price and use
• Sell welding and safety products and services to customer (Basic welding and safety knowledge recommended but not required)
• Fit and sell medical products and services to customers
• Continueeducation on industry billing criteria as it relates to specific customer insurance requirements
• Initiate and complete new patient referral information files and assist in setting up new accounts where applicable
• Issue product sales quotes to customers
• Track customer’s order in the computer and be able to interpret where order is in the delivery process
• Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary

Qualifications

• Medical homecare experience is a plus
• Good typing and 10-key skills
• Working knowledge of home medical products, placement, availability and pricing
• Working knowledge of welding, gases and supplies
• Ability to frequently lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 100 lbs
• Ability to sit, stand and walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to accuratelyenter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge or any software applications necessaryto the position
