Additionally, you will work closely with Employment Specialists and Housing Case Managers to assist individuals in achieving their personal goals.Direct Engagement: Be hands-on in the community, providing services that make a tangible difference in people’s lives.WHAT YOU WILL DO:Coordinate schedules and provide training for Employment Specialists and Housing Case Managers.Support Employment Specialists and Housing Case Managers by contributing to personalized plans, developing individualized services, and creating opportunities that lead to positive outcomes and help individuals achieve their goals.Works with Employment Specialists and Housing Case Managers to complete required reports, including quarterly ones.Complete required contractual reports and attend meetings as specified by contracts.Assist with Assessments, Intakes, and Plans while maintaining knowledge of individuals' needs and tracking progress toward goals.May be assigned special projects, participate in project teams, and assist with quality assurance and technical trainingMay manage staff schedules, lead meetings, represent Compass at professional meetings and community events, and engage with community members.Travel throughout the area and provide transportation to clients as needed.Complete required trainings and attend recommended in-service trainings.Set and achieve performance and development goals through the Performance Review and Plan (PRP) process.
