Job description Infra Analyst should have good experience in Diagnose System Problems, Design Solutions, Implement Solutions, Communicate Issues and Changes ,Identify Opportunities for Improvement Systems Analyst designs and implements technologies that meet the business needs Perform detailed technical analysis based on business requirements Ability to provide analytical, technical and support in planning, designing, and implementation Researches, analyzes, develops, and documents new processes and procedures to implement new solutions Capacity planning and integration Organize and lead technical analysis activities to identify solutions Prepare reports detailing the costs and benefits of new systems Translate business requirements into detailed specification and deliverables Experience in decomposing work into features and stories

•Knowledge in new products, technology, strategies Experience writing effective stories with well-defined acceptance criteria Act as a liaison between customers and technical delivery teams Strong data analysis and data mining skills using SQL Work closely with product and development teams to better define key business needs and drive root cause analysis Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguous requirements and incomplete data sets Solid verbal and written communications skills Recommend and adapt best practices in managing requirements

Technical skill set / experience Dell Hyperconverged Products - Good to have VMWare – Required Windows Servers and RedHat Servers (Specifically RHEL) Zerto Migrations Hardware knowledge on server Microsoft Clustering/SQL AAG Setup Ansible & Ansible Tower Terraform ACLs and firewall permissions (not the ability to admin, should have knowledge and provide directions how to assess their firewall needs Backup Solutions (e.g. Cohesity, Avamar, Data Domain)
