IT Analyst / IT Business Analyst / Tech Business Analyst Mountlake Terrace, WA (Remote until COVID) Contract Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Organize and lead technical analysis activities to identify solutions
- Perform detailed technical analysis based on business requirements
- Translate business requirements into detailed specification and deliverables
- Experience in decomposing work into features and stories
- Experience writing effective stories with well defined acceptance criteria
- Act as a liaison between customers and technical delivery teams
- Strong data analysis
- Work closely with product and development teams to better define key business needs and drive root cause analysis
- Demonstrated ability to work with ambiguous requirements and incomplete data sets
- Solid verbal and written communications skills
- Recommend and adapt best practices in managing requirements
- Preferred - Experience with Data Center Hardware and Software Technologies
- Preferred - Experience with SAFe Delivery methodology
- Experience with Azure Cloud Fundamentals
- managing scope, schedule, budget for multiple concurrent workstreams within a program
- Experience operationalizing new systems and technology processes
- Good in Agile
