Program Manager (Application Modernization and DevOps )
Mountlake Terrace WARemote Contract Job Description/Responsibilities : As a Program Manager – Application Modernization. You’ll have the opportunity to improve our processes and make the way we work more efficient. You will lead the successful implementation of modern application delivery methods that enable IT's customers to leverage the full capabilities of Continuous Integration , Continuous Delivery, and DevOps. In this role you coordinate with key business and technical leaders across multiple departments to drive strategic alignment of the individual program tracks, assisting teams in defining, tracking, and attaining critical success measures, and completion of program deliverables. • Provide leadership for App Delivery Modernization and DevOps projects • Advise senior leadership on the program or initiative planning, tracking and implementation of deliverables, and progress towards achieving key results• Oversee all project activities and phases; responsible for program roadmap including definition, development, management of work items and oversees project plans • Work closely with IT Leadership to prepare and deliver for key meetings or presentations• Ensure successful transition of work and responsibilities to the appropriate teams (operations, IT, business, etc.) as part of the project close-out activities• Understand and ensure appropriate system development lifecycle applied to project work• Experience managing scope, schedule, budget for multiple concurrent workstreams within a program• Experience managing projects in an Agile environment • Preferred - Experience with Azure DevOps• Preferred - Experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Improvement (CI/CD) pipelines• Preferred - Experience with Software Delivery Life Cycle practices and methodologies• Preferred - Experience with SAFe Delivery methodologyVacancy expired!
