SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:GS-11: I have at least 1 year of specialized experience or the equivalent, comparable to at least the GS-9 in the Federal Service (obtained in either the public or private sector). Specialized experience performing administrative functions, budgetary responsibilities, planning, design, construction, operations and maintenance functions. Experience with MAXIMO program to encode and prepare data for required reporting. Develop and maintain requirements for repair and maintenance of service work and determines priorities of projects. Has experience to develop and implement plans and procedures for maintenance repair, alteration improvement or construction of building to include warehouses, offices, and related structures such as ground tanks, water and wastewater utility plan, sewage lagoon and distribution lines; has and performs construction management. OREDUCATION:Ph.D.orEquivalent doctoral degreeor3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M., if related. Under provision of the Civil Service Reform Act, first-time supervisors are required to serve a one year supervisory probationary period before their appointment becomes final. Those who do not satisfactorily complete this probationary period will be returned to positions of no lower grade and pay than those they occupied before assuming their supervisory assignment.
