A trusted community hospital in the Western Washington region is looking for a new Manager of Respiratory Therapy. The Manager of Respiratory Services will be a highly valued individual within the hospital and a strong leader for the Respiratory Department.

The Manager of Respiratory Therapy will be expected to maintain all mandates of regulation and keep the Respiratory Department's staff and patients feel at home. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer, the Manager of Respiratory Therapy will be supported by a tight-knit unit that has been tenured with the facility. The support physicians, staff and technicians the Manager of Respiratory Services will get be as if they are a family member within the facility.
The Manager of Respiratory Therapy will be in an advanced unit, supported by state-of-the-art technology to improve processes. The Manager of Respiratory Services will plan and organize all operations within the Respiratory department. This will include supervising and monitoring personnel to try to improve efficiency, managing respiratory therapy equipment and procedures, and conducting pulmonary functions, EKGs, and arterial blood gas analysis.
