- Providing strategic thought leadership and approaches to overcome impediments to accelerate delivery.
- Serving as a trusted advisor for colleagues and an intermediary between the credit union and the Agile program.
- Facilitating delivery and continuous improvement by utilizing feedback and metrics (quality, delivery rate, etc.) to identify areas of opportunity.
- Contributing to and supporting release planning, facilitating Scrum of Scrums, Program Sync Ups, Roadmap Updates, and shepherding the Communities of Practice.
- Capturing Agile related data to understand trends and produce meaningful insights and statistics on program performance.
- Facilitating data updates and communicating impacts to key performers and stakeholders.
- Must know Agile inside and out.
- Agile and Scrum certifications
- Proficiency of Agile Project Management and DevOps tools such as Jira, GitHub, Jenkins, ELK, Nagios
- Background in the business side if possible.
- Regulated environment (finance/healthcare etc) would be a plus.
