BLTC Morning Baker $27+ hr avg.

Year-round, part-time baking/kitchen prep job in an all organic scratch cafe. We are serious about coffee and organic food. We are located in downtown Port Townsend on the water and serve locals year-round along with tourists in the summer. The job includes creating pastries from scratch, preparing proteins, deli items and all other kitchen tasks including dishes. Must be fast paced and capable of working in tight quarters with or without direction. A good attitude and willingness to learn a must. Commercial kitchen/baking experience required for an interview.
