Job Overview
As the Administrator you will primarily be responsible to lead and direct all aspects of our Senior Care community with emphasis on resident satisfaction and support of the resident directed care.
A working knowledge of the state regulations for Washington is expected for all applicants seeking this position.
Working with corporate support, the Administrator is responsible to maintain budgeted targets, meet financial goals and occupancy targets as an integral component of success.
This is a full time position that will on occasion require the ability to respond to some weekend or after hour's calls. Effective communication skills are paramount.
Other key requirements are:
You must be Licensed in by the State of Washington according to their regulations for Assisted Living/Memory Care,
Have 3 years of progressive experience in Senior Living operations is preferred,
Have successful marketing experience,
Have experience with all aspect of financial management in senior care.
