www.campbeausitenw.org, a non-profit organization that provides overnight summer camps for kids and adults with special needs, has immediate need for an onsite, resident caretaker/property manager. In lieu of being a paid position, Compensation is offered as housing in a private cabin located adjacent to Camp plus up to $120/month in utilities. Position requires candidate to work 25 hours per week as follows (not an inclusive list): mow lawn as needed, collect and discard garbage at least twice daily during programs and rentals; perform routine maintenance and operate small engine equipment, stock supplies, ensure grounds and facilities are safe and clean for our campers and renters, be available during programs and when camp facilities are occupied by renters , and similar duties as assigned. Reports to board of directors. Must pass background check and live onsite.
