Pacific Mountain Workforce Development Council (PacMtn) is the recognized convener of the 5 county region workforce development efforts. The Program Assistant works closely with the Project Manager and the Senior Navigation Specialist involved in the Opioid Use Reduction & Recovery (OURR) Alliance project, as well as on-site partner agency staff. Responds to inquiries from external agencies and participants; provides basic workforce development program information to customers and partners. Assists team in coordinating the logistics for delivering training, supporting case file management, and managing programmatic administrative needs. Assists with data gathering, tracking and reporting. Acts as an ongoing resource for information and manages the information systems. Produces various reports for the project. Assists in communications and public relations with partners, community, and media. Provides support for travel arrangements, event and meeting coordination, and facilitates general information exchange between organizational partners.

Three years of professional level experience related to and demonstrating the ability to perform the work of this position; OR a combination of education and experience in related field. Experience working in mental health treatment programs, workforce development or social services preferred.
