Hulbert Custom Construction in Jefferson County, WA is looking for an experienced Construction Foreman. We are a high-end residential builder dedicated to finding people to join our team who exhibit exceptional quality work and leadership. Candidate must have 3 years experience in construction supervision.
Construction Foreman skills:
Experience in leading a framing crew and interior and exterior trim crews
Ability to ascertain information from plan sets and understand when information is lacking
Be able to be proactive in resolving any issues that crop up
Ability to layout framing work to ensure that finish work can be completed efficiently according to the plans.
Coordinate construction crew and oversee Subcontractors work
Maintain construction schedules and all documentation
Ensure materials and tools are onsite when needed.
Ability to communicate clearly with Superintendent, Project Manager, Architects and Owners
Understand L&I Safety requirements and lead Safety Meetings
Maintain a professional appearance and manner at all times.
Requirements:
Knowledge of all aspects of residential construction
Knowledge of construction codes and requirements
Strong mathematical skills
Valid Washington State drivers license
Possession of basic hand tools
