Adhere to all applicable HSE and corporate policies, procedures, and guidelinesAssist in conducting safety training in both classroom and on-the-job settings, while fostering a safety culture by active reporting of safety observations and improvementsEnsure proper equipment calibration, routine inspections and clean down procedures to adhere documented procedures for external and internal certificationsSupervise employees and third-party personnel as requiredMonitor treatment parameters (temperature, humidity, chemical concentration, application rates)Collect and prepare samples for quality testingDocument treatment processes and maintain accurate batch recordsPerform routine cleaning and maintenance of seed disinfection systemsConduct equipment calibration checksProvide timely execution and reporting of key performance indicators, operational efficiencies, and quality standards
