Looking for a part time/flexible hours for our 20 year old with Autism and IDD with some behavior challenges. This will be in the home care with paid training and support. This is a challenging job at times and sometimes even boringits important to have a patient “can do” attitude of positivity and be able to “roll with it.” Possibility for night shifts as well. Prefer someone that will be in the area for a while as well as some experience working with people with disabilities. Will offer paid training either way. Pay DOE (16 no experience)…but its paid through the state and if you have a background in sped or education or work experience as a caregiver can possibly start at 20hr or more with ABA training. 10-12 hours a week to startflexible around other peoples school schedules or other jobs.
