We are seeking motivated individual to assist in our office in Moscow, Idaho. The ideal candidate will help with reception. tenant relations, showing of apartments and leasing.
Responsibilities:
Help Oversee daily operations of apartment complexes
Help Manage leasing, marketing, and tenant relations
Help Implement and enforce policies for tenant behavior, rent collection, and maintenance
Help Optimize profitability and occupancy rates
Helo the Manager Supervise property maintenance and repairs
Qualifications:
Have Own Transportation
Clean Driving Record and Vaid Driver's License
Pass Background Check
Clean Appearance and Positive Attitude
