Local concrete company looking for a knowledgeable and experienced concrete lead to join their team. Must be able to focus and lead crew, layout and square foundations/flat work, problem solve, read plans, take direction, deal with a variety of personalities amongst crew members, do manual labor, and complete daily paperwork. Valid driver's license and good driving record required. Competitive pay depending on experience and production bonuses available in certain circumstances.
