Role Description: The

D365 Technical Project Manager must have at least 8+ years of experience.

Must Have Skills: - Project Management - Dynamics 365 - Ability to write technical specifications - Ability to work in a team as well as an individual with little or no supervision - Great interpersonal skills to be able to successfully communicate with various stakeholders and audiences

Nice to Have: - Knowledge of Power Platform systems architecture, analysis and design - Ability to understand and document interaction with APIs, platforms, etc., - Expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365), D365 Portal Experience (developing web pages, forms, views in the portal) - Proficiency with Azure DevOps (ADO)

Skill Set: - Must be a D365 Technical Project Manager with minimum 8+ years of experience - Work with stakeholders to develop functional specifications of requested features - Break functional specs into features and product backlog items - Track and maintain all work items in Azure DevOps - Create and manage tests using a UAT environment and testing scripts - Support the release plan - Develop, Deploy, and (when needed) Deprecate Model-Driven Apps from a range of stakeholders. - Maintain standard Dynamics 365 Portal capabilities: - (1) Web pages - (2) Web Forms - (3) Advanced Forms - (4) Portal Invitations - (5) Contacts integrity - (6) AccountContacts relationships - Complete routine maintenance system tasks: - Organize and consolidate solutions based on Microsofts best practices - Roll-up patches as needed - Audit data hygiene practices and develop rules to prevent uncleaned data from entering the system - Support an Application Lifecycle Management Strategy using a central service account - Migrate all source code data from our D365 Dev environment into Azure DevOps based on Microsofts best practices - Develop deployment pipelines - Check-In code to a git repository - Ensure all pipelines are compliant (Includes all required security steps) - Audit, develop plans, and implement simplified RBAC processes - Implement Test security processes - Develop, deploy, and maintain a data sharing pipeline that allows the system to seamlessly share data with other systems - Maintain System, Apps and Features - Triage, collect information, implement fix, and close bugs / issues with any Program features - Reach out to other stakeholders for product-related any issues

Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent

Experience: Minimum 8+ years

Relocation: This position will not cover relocation expenses
