Dev user interface & user interaction designs, prototypes &/or concepts for bus productivity, entertain or other SW or HW apps. Respons for research & design of useful, usable, desirable, & feasible interactions that delight end users & customers. Provide prod design insight through innovative research methods & product design excellence through inspirational & innovative design solution. Improve the user experience of Microsoft products, platforms, & services, from informing & envisioning the prod plans to ensuring success metrics & detailed designs. Understand the overall product vision & align UX priorities for feature area(s) to it. Understand the overall prod strategy, as well as customer & partner needs, to create designs or conduct user research. Create multiple innovative design solutions & identify relevant user data from existing sources. May be assigned to various proj that utilize the required tech skills to deploy successful prod releases, from early prod def & scoping to detailed specification, implementation & roll-out phases 8AM-5PM, M-F; Standard co. benefits. Salary $108,000 - $128,000. REQUIRES: BS or foreign equiv. degr in Design, Graph Design, Indust design, or rel. fld.
