Title: Dynamics CRM DeveloperLocation: Redmond, WAResponsibilities:Dynamics CRM Non AX – customer service- Taking ownership as independent developer for dynamics 365 customer engagement modules.
- Able to understand the requirements in detail.
- Troubleshoot issues to perform root cause analysis.
- Tracking/Sending daily status reports to respective stake holders.
- Prepare Business process requirements
- Ability to understand, communicate, interpret corporate FIM Processes and requirements.
- Excellent Verbal and written Communication skills
- Lead client analysis
- Functional knowledge for Dynamics 365 (field services, CDS, Omnichannel, Customer engagement)
- Technical experience: C#.Net, Web Services, React JS, Java Script, Type Script
- Tools Experience: Azure DevOPs, VSO, Agile Scrum methodology
- Strong experience in Agile development
- 6+ Years of experience
