RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Test Lab Operator (Weekend) in Mountain View. CA. The hours for this role would be 8am to 8pm shifts on Saturday and Sunday only.

Doing business in 170 countries, our client is dedicated to fulfilling their mission of helping you and your organization achieve more around the world.Lab Operator: Utilizing Automated Test Equipment for testing new chips and wafers Loading new chips and wafers and loading the appropriate test program in the automated test equipmentDay-to-day test operations management: Keeping the testing equipment and tools running Changing parts and testing programs as needed Maintaining testing data log Taking special works requests from the engineers and incorporating any special instructions that may need to be executed on (e.g., loading another program, rather than the program they typically use)REQUIREMENTS: Experience working with automated test equipment to test chips and wafers Experienced in working as a hardware tester in an individual capacity or as a team leadExperience in testing operations involving the below mentioned day-to-day activities: Keeping the testing equipment and tools running Changing parts and testing programs as needed Maintaining testing data log Possess a high-level technical troubleshooting skills to be able to troubleshoot boards and other hardware Comfortable taking work intake request (regular and special requests from the engineers) and incorporating any special instructions that may need to be executed on a periodic basis Good communication skills; Taking and following instructions Open to working overtime hours as needed Nice to have - Basic technical troubleshooting skills to be able to troubleshoot load boards, like a blown part Nice to have debugging and soldering skillsKforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
