Join the eXcell team. As a Product Designer 2 you will join a corporate environment for a remote position. In this position, you will design user interfaces for web, software, and / or hardware products. Responsibilities:
- You will generate design ideas; present and sell designs to product group.
- Understand the customer s needs and motivations and integrates them into product design to contribute to user features and functionality.
- Drive user experience and design
- Work closely with key stakeholders, development in the team to deliver innovative product experiences that are effortless, intuitive and delight our customers.
- Impact diverse projects that are driven by interdisciplinary teams.
- Key qualifications
- Writes functionality design specifications.
- Design and implement prototypes, mock-ups, task analysis, usability studies, personas, user flows, wireframes, style guides, navigational structures, and affinity diagrams.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in related field preferred.
- 2-3 years of work-related experience required. Strong collaboration skills across disciplines to drive change into products.
- Exceptional written & verbal communication and persuasion skill.
- Ability to de ne problems & goals, map user ows, prototype interactions, and oversee the building process.
- Ability to translate concepts into user experiences by conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and mocking up experiences.
- Thorough knowledge and experience across a range of design approaches, methodologies and lo- & high- prototyping skills.
- Fluency with standard design software tools (Figma, Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) required.
- Preferred experience designing for enterprise software experiences.
- Must have the ability to understand and integrate customer needs and motivations into specific areas of product design to contribute to user features and functionality.
- Must be familiar with industry standards and trends.
- Strong communication skills as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team required.
